different compression ratio due to different pistons
The Type R has a B16 head, double valve springs on intake and exhaust, single stage intake manifold, different cams, and the rods are hand selected and weighed for better balance.
also the tranny has shorter ratios and the LSD.

I searched all last night for the answer to this question and im sry i am an extreme noob and cant find anything although i will say i did find some interesting information that i will use when buliding my motor just not the answer to this particular question thanx for your help
p.s if you can give me some advice on using the search tool and how to get the info i want out of it i would really appreciate it
