i have a 98 civic that i recently swaped . i put an obd2 b18c1 in it and i can,t get the car to pass inspection it keeps trowing 2 codes one is for the fuel/ air and the other is for the idle control we have tryed a few things but it keeps showing the check engine light even after we turn it of any idea's i can use anything.

 

get a conversion harness and a obd1 p72

 

reset the ecu.

 

i,ll give it a shoot .anyother ideas
