Default engine build up

hello there
i am kinda new to honda
i am building a 1995 integra ls/vtec, 2000 ls bottem end, b16head with neptune.
i am planning on going turbo and i am looking for a little over 400whp reliably.
i already know what i am doing for the top end.
now i need to do the bottem. i need to know what pistons, rods and bore and any other little things or tricks that help for a reliable 400 hp
if some one could help me it would be apreciated
thanks

For 400whp reliable on an LS block you are going to need to get it sleeved. Do some research and find some shops local to you and get some rates, it's not going to be cheap. This is going to cost you over $6,000 in the end, and that's a bare minimum figure. I'd expect closer to $7,000 or $8,000 if you aren't doing the installation and tuning yourself.

You can keep the bore the same on the LS block or go bigger if you want, it's not going to really make that big of a difference, the most important thing is getting the block sleeved. You might be better off selling your current block and just trying to find one on HondaMarketPlace.com that is already sleeved.

As for pistons and rods you are going to want to get forged internals. Some brands I would recommend are WiseCo, Arias, CP, and Golden Eagle. I don't have much experience with Arias, but WiseCo and CP are wonderful from applications I've seen them in.
