My car recently started getting real dim lights and my radio would shut off whenever i was driving.Then the car wouldnt even start.I installed a new starter and new battery and thought all was good.It started doing it again.Whenver i drive the radio just shuts off and on and lights get all dim.It sounds like something is draining the battery!?? i got the alternator checked and said it was fine...ANYBODY GOT ANY CLUE ON WHAT IT CAN BE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

 

Sure sounds like the alternator, or voltage regulator which is part of the alternator. Have somebody else check it; maybe they made a mistake when they checked it.

 

Places like AutoZone will test your alternator for free...it's worth a shot.
