Default electrical problems PLEASE HELP!

PLEAE HELP
Im about to kill myself or trade the teg!!

so three days ago it was raining- pushed the lever down for the wipers to go one motion and they went up but when they started to go down they were going sooooooo sloooooowwwww.. like 1" per5 seconds.

so i turned them on all the way with the switch and then off to try and reset the prob. but now they wouldnt turn off-- they kept going!! - this lasted for afew minutes of me keep turning them on and off to see what would happen finally they went off!

so then a while later i get a check engine light-- i pull the code and its a 43! thats afuel supply system ! makes no sense - parked the car the light goes off obviously when off--- later went to leave school -- no light until i get near the house! same code!! - then it happened again today

also tonite on the way to get some new shoes i noticed that my blinker started blinking like 50 miles and hour... i thought me rear bulb was blown but its not- i also noticed that my highbeams were on ( and the switch was OFF) but they were not bright at all-- kinda like daytime running lights-- REALLY DIM

so to recap
1) my wipers are F*ed up
2) my blinkers speed ONLY on the driver side
3) my high beams are on DIM full time
and
4) in the dash area the left blinker stays on but dim also

If i flick the high beams on, the entire driver side lights (headlight and high beam) both turn off and the passenger side turns on fully bright and nice like its supposed to.

the mods that i have done to the car electircally are as follows.
1) hondata - about year and a half ago
2) jdm sidemarkers
3) jdm power folding mirrors,
4)guages ( all electriclal not vaccuum etc)

but nothing has been touched for the past 5 months electrically- it just started on its own

PLEASE tell me someone knows whats up- just checed fuses all ok
going out to check alternator and batt but they are new too.

dont know what else to check besides ALL my previous wiring.

Damn dude, straight outta Short Circuit

Maybe you grounded a wire somehow. On a car I used to own, I grounded a wire and it would have some weird effects too. Nothing that major, but when I hit the brakes, the parking lights came on, and the brake lights would say on whenever I turned on the lights. Good luck man

does it help to know that the issue seems to only affect the driver side?
as in when i actually turn the high beams on-- the driver side goes totally dead and the pass. side lights up like its supposed to?

als the turn signal issue is only on the driver side-- not pass. turn signal?

any thing else-- how do i trace a short-- just look at any wiring ive done, but its been so long since ive touched anything! do i need a meter?
