Default Electrical Problems...need help

Alright so i have a 2000 LS with a b18b1 in it, yesterday as i was driving down the main road in town my car shut off on me. I cut the car off and it fired right up no problems, but my battery, SRS, and ABS lights were all on. I went to a couple different stores and by the time we got back to the neighborhood the lights had gone off and everything seemed kosher. A few hours later i went to go start the car and got nothing, i pop started it down a hill just to get her running and at this point i lost my headlights, thankfully my high beams still worked. Parked the car and let her run for a little to see if the battery would hold a charge. Turned the car off, went to turn it back on and wouldnt you know she wouldnt crank. So i rolled her down the hill again in an attempt to pop start it, i mustave dumped the cluth 2 or 3 times on the way down and she wouldnt start at all. After 10 minutes and a helpful friend i got a jump and was able to take the car home.
I took my battery to orielys to see what the deal was with the battery, not surprisingly it was completely and totaly fubared. Replaced the battery and it seems as though my battery, ABS, and SRS lights have settled down for the time being. I still have no headlights what so ever and cant figure out what in the hell is going on.

Ive checked all my grounds
All fuses are good
The bulbs are still good as well

any help or advice would be much appreciated

You said the high beams work so the head light grounds are good, [high and low beams share a common ground].

My guess is the dimmer switch in the combination light switch is N/G.

To test, use a test light or meter at the 2 low beam fuses, turn on the head lights and then dim to low beam, if there is no power at the fuses it is a good bet the dimmer switch is bad.

Or, if the 2000 LS low beam direct power, [stay on when high beams are on] then the problem will be the low beam pole of the 2 pole head light switch, the test is the same, test the low beam fuses, they should be hot anytime the head light switch is on. 94

let me rephrase, i had my high beams for about 5 mins, after i turned the car off and had to get it jumped i lost my high beam. At the moment i have neither highs or lows. And the new battery died last night. Im gonna test the alternator today and see where that gets me.

You need to do a parasitic drain test... https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...fcm+drain+test

This should have nothing to with the head light problem,

Have you checked your main fuses in engine bay fuse box? 94

OIC, then it is a good bet the voltage regulator on the alt. went west and that is where the "power surge" came from, not that common, but it does happen. 94

Sorry its taken so long to update, I've been swamped with school and what not, anyways i got a new alternator in and replaced it, so far everything has been fine(the belt squeaks a little when it first starts up but once it gets warm its good). Yesterday i found out though that all three of my brake lights are out.

Ive checked the bulbs and the filaments look good, and all my fuses check out fine. Upon some research i found that problems with the brake lights can root to the horn or the cruise control, which both work fine. I had a friend take a volt meter to the bulb housing while i pressed on the brake pedal and its getting no juice. This leads me to think that the brake switch under the dash is out. Let me know what you guys think and if there's anything else i can do to pinpoint the problem.

Many Thanks

adding to what i said about the brake switch, i checked the plastic piece that presses the switch in and its in good condition and presses the switch properly. I'm thinking that maybe the switch has gone out entirely.

Unplug the brake switch and jump the plug, if the brake lights work, replace the switch, if not check for power going to the plug. 94
