i have a piggy back e-manage (greddy). with stock b18c1 ecu

my gsr is boosted running 8-10 psi. my engine light is on and once i punch it once and go over 70-90 mph and i try punching it again, the car will not allow me to pass 5k rpm's . it feels like i get some kind of fuel shortage. i have to turn of the car then back on in order to reset the safety feature that went off.

any advise ??? what ecu should i be using?
