ECU is it junk now ?
Hey whats up everyone Im new but I got a problem I have a 1990 ls obd 0 ecu I bought a chip for it and I was sent an obd-1 chip but I did not know so I installed it
well now with that chip or my stock chip I cant rev up past 3100 rpm it sucks I cant go past 60 on highway. Well any advice on how to fix it or what I should do ?
