ECU code #10
code 10 is your IAT...Intake Air Temperature sensor (located on the manifold on the first runner to the left of the car while looking at the engine from the front. It's held on with two philips head screws. what could cause this...well they are not know to fail often (but it can happen) anyway, try unscrewing it and wipe it clean with a soft rag and check all the connections to it and make sure they are good then, reset the ecu and see if it goes away. if not, then it may be broken...see what happens after you try that. I just had this problem and it was caused by one of the two wires comming unconnected.

so I decided to take the IAT sensor out of the manifold, and noticed that the end of it had started to melt!!. Any ideas what caused that to occur? I am running a Skunk2 and wondered if this had something to do with it.
any ideas of the cost of a new one?
Thanks,
YV
