Anyone got any resources on companies that reprogram ECU's? trying to find the most economical way of doing this.
I have a 98 gsr, Will i have any problems sticking in an obd1 ?

I can reprogram your ECU for $90. You should throw that OBD 2 ECU in the garbage or dell it in the classifieds. I have not met 1 single reputable tuner, who can work on OBD 2. Buy a 94 GSR ECU and send it to me, I can set your rev limit to whatever you want, take out the knock sensor and set your VTEC to engage at either 5100 or 5800
