Exactly, I have yet to see a tuneable Ebay POS Chip.
They all suck, leave them the hell alone.

you got your paths crossed somewhere. you need to look for an obd1 setup to be able to tune with a re-chipped tunable set-up or hondata piggy back.
you should be looking for: P28,P30,P72,P61,P08J,P30J,P72J
most common are the: p28 or p72.
then your going to need a conversion harness: http://www.boomslang.us/
you will end up having to run some wiring I believe.
