I was looking around ebay for some wheels from rota to motegi......I found some nice motegi on ebay and was wondering if quality wise its good. Here is a link

Motegi is just a cheap wheel....I mean, if youre looking for cheap wheels, they are cheap. If I were going to get a cheap wheel, I guess I would just get rota.

Quality wise? They arent going to break. But they are heavy as hell.

 

Does Rota sell rims that has that type of look? Black or gunmetal wiht a polished lip?

 

yes they do, look in the sponsor area, there are some good group buys going on for rotas

personally just look in the classfieds they are always deals to be had on rims.

 

Ya those rims are no good..rota would be a little better. or just go to classifieds like njandrewg said.

 

Hrm.....it seems pretty hard to find 17's also i like the deep and polished lip look. Can you guys show me sites that have them for sale?

 

i bought sum motegi mr3's on ebay. 17 inch with 205/40 series tires. They came perfect no crack dents or scratches. Pretty cheap too. I garage my teg so i they still looking brand new after about 2 months wear

 

motegi isn't always shitty rims...i just happen to be a very big fan of "motegi trak lite" rim...

forged...and weighing in at a mere 9 lbs...is good for me--&gt;15" one
