Default easy or hard??

how hard would it be to make an integra SE have VTEC?? is it even possible without major alterations??

a head/manifold swap with some re-wiring is sorta major.

It's being called LS/VTEC.

You can find alot of stuff on here doing a search.

The easy way to do it would be by getting a complete first gen B16 head, inake manifold, throttle body, VTEC solinoid, headgasket, and ECU. You'd also want to make sure your bottom end is up to the new redline. If you have any problems down there raising the redline by a thousand rpms wont help things.
