Hello i have a 95 integra rs when im driving the car when holding it at a steady pace will start to chug untill i push it right to the floor and then it takes a second then goes normal only when pedal is to the floor as well when accelerating up to the speed limit it does it and at idle it will drop to were the car is about to stall for a few seconds but changes back sometimes when i push the brakes at stop. theres no vacum leak i have checked all that already. any ideas?

 

plugs, wires, feul injectors, air filter. standard tune up is where id start

 

Got a check engine light on? or flashing?
Personally sounds like a misfire in one of your cylinders

 

It definately needs a tune up. I'd do everything said above, replace spark plugs, wires, distributer cap and rotor, check the air filter, replace the fuel filter and I would also perform an induction cleaning which will clean the fuel injectors and intake portion of the engine.
