i bought a rolling dc2 chasis and i rebuild my old lsv and dropped it in. everything went fine but the only thing i question is that the driver side mount is a little loose. what i mean by loose is there is a gap between the motor mount and the mount on the car. i can shake the motor back and fourth and see the driver side motor mount slide side to side a bit. seems like there is a gap no matter how hard i tighten the bolt like its missing a washer or something. anyone ever have this problem.

 

What mounts are you using?

Hate to ask more questions but DA or DC stock mounts?

 

dc2 stock mounts. looks like there is like a 2mm gap and i can rock the mount side to side on the bolt...

 

Man, I just don't know then. I've never seen that unless it was the wrong mount. In the case if it was the wrong mount I would have used a few washers until I could upgrade to Hasport or Innovative. Best of luck to you, man. Hope someone else can help you better than I did.
