It was a pain my A** to get my down-pipe on because of that little nub protruding off my engine block (to the left of my rusty A/C bracket). I recently got an oil pan gasket leak so I have to remove my down-pipe to get to my oil pan. I was wondering if I can chop off that little nub on my block? What is it's purpose? It's in the way!!! This car is far from a daily driver and will never go back. . . .
