door panel insert
how do you take the insert out, it seems like it's one piece. i know on the civics, you cut them out and then use screws to screw them back in, but the integra doesn't seem like it's gonna work that way.
I just pulled mine off and made a template out of sueade. Then sprayed some headliner spray on it and pushed the edges in with a dull butter knife. It had been holding strong for 4 monthes already. Ill get some pics up after work.

I don't know if your goal is to reupholster them, but that's some helpful info if you intend to.
Here are some pics:

nice, i might just pull it out as well because i don't wanna do some cutting like i did on my civic, i like the black tweed, but i reallie want something that's black with red to complete my interior, only thing i need in black with red is the door panel, but i'll go with black tweed.

They do make red tweed.... You could use that for the panel if you want the black/red combo. Maybe a red microsuede.... The possibilities with fabric are endless.
