I was thinking about get my crankshaft micropolishing all journals, lightening and balancing, and knifeedged
Will this make a difference in my ls/vtec setup all motor
with crower 403 cams and ctr pistons??

by lightening, you decrease the rotating mass thus allowing the engine to rev faster. this doesnt "make" power directly, but it does indirectly because it allows you to get to your higher RPMS quicker.
I'd stick to just getting the journals polished and having the whole rotating assembly (i.e. pistons, rods, crank, flywheel) balanced. No need to lighten it or knif-edge it unless you want streetability to go out the door.
If you wanna throw more money at it you could have it magnafluxed and cryo treated, but that's not really necessary. The stock B-series cranks are super-beefy forged units.
As for cams, I'd take ITR cams over Crower 403. If you wanna spend more money than the ITR's take a look at skunk2 Stage 2's.

I have a knife edged crank as well as a Aasco 8lb flywheel and I really love it. With this combo you reach redline mind numbingly fast. However choosing the right person to do it is critical, not all machine shops are created equal. As for cams check out the Toda Spec B's or Crowers new racecore cam I belive its called the 63412
