ok to get started let me just let everyone know what I have on the car so hopefully I can make things easier to understand.
1992 integra gs
still obd-1
b18a block
rs machine p30's
98 gsr head
chipped p28

ok now I have still not found a dizzy local so that is the reason for not having an oem Honda unit. the problem I'm having is erratic Rpms and bogging.

first dizzy- eBay. lasted one month until code 9 came up and just ate crap. had a extremely bad internal gasket leak at the shaft.

second dizzy- remanufactured from autozone. no cel's but would jump from 0-8000 Rpms randomly the sometimes only 0 Rpms while driving. lasted 2 days

third dizzy- new from autozone. reads idle correctly and is good until 4k then it goes nuts just like the last one but is better then the last one. no cel's

I have reset the ecu and checked the ground wire on the thermostat housing. just wanted to see if anyone has any input.

 

also if anyone from md has a obd-1 vtec dizzy that I could swap on to see if that is infact the problem I would very much appreciate it.
