is there anyway to test the dizzy for getting spark?

my integra has been sitting with out starting for 7 months now... i was deployed away from it with the air force and i come back to problems..

im not getting any spark in the car... it was running the other day and i heard 2 large pops from the engine... i later discovered there was a screw in the dizzy cap that was bouncing around in there...

im pulling cels but when i try to xover a wire to check them it stays steady.. everything spins in the dizzy when i take the wires/iggy coil off.. anyone have a good idea?

it wont let me pull the cel i wish it would..
