Default d15b7 no spark at dizzy

ok i cannot get spark to my dizzy. i checked main relay someone had it bypassed for some reason i checked in in another car its good. so i reconnected the wires that was bypassed. the dizzy itself is brand new... ecu is good. can hear fuel pump running. any leads??? what are some wires i can put a volt meter on on the dizzy wires to check if the wires are good?

You don't get spark to the dizzy it comes from the dizzy.
It sounds like it could be your coil or igniter,a common problem on Hondas.

With the key in ON(II), does the Blk/Yel wire attached to the coil and igniter unit have battery voltage to body ground?

If the engine is run or cranked with one or more plug wires disconnected, the coil may blow. Did you possibly do this? If not, do the igniter unit input tests (see FAQs sticky). Also check the Yel/Grn wire, which runs from the igniter unit to the ECU, for an open or short.

If all above is fine, then swap in a known good ECU.

engine harnes has been chopped and cut i just ordered a new harness ans ill try that i tried to piece this one together someone had cut everywire and just twisted them back together and put tape around them no blown fuses. i took the ecu out and tried it in another car fired right up. so im gonna try this harness when it gets here and see if that does the trick.
