DIY front toe set ?
Would simply counting the reads to the jamb nut on the inner rod work ? I'm not being cheap but I replaced my inner/out rods an the car has a bad shake to it.
car has to be driven to a shop for alignment this is a temp fix going for 0 toe

Car shouldn't shake because it needs an alignment, BTW.

dont rely on the thread counting method. I did that and my tires where all out of whack. Like B Serious said, put it on the ground and make sure your steering wheel is straight and eyeball it and adjust the tie rod till your tires are even. Good luck. Hardest part to me was getting that damn dust cover on the inner tie rod/steering rack.
