94s didnt have a leather option.. 95s did.


94 and 95s really have a oil cooler??


rim differences - 94-95 got the 5 spoke, 96 - 6 spoke unpolished, 97 - ls spider web rims, 98-01 sawblades.

EDIT- also on 94s they didnt have a seatbelt light. Starting in 95 I believe they did.

My '95 has tweeters as well.

 

Aren't the tweeters that everyone is talking about an upgraded radio? and I know that leather was an option until it got to be standard around the 98.

My 95 has the tweeters also... And dont forget that the 98+ has the smaller abs motor.

 

I have a 96 and it has a rear window squirter for cleaner.

Leather became STANDARD in 99. . .

And OBDI motors are not "stronger" than OBDII motors, it's that OBDI equipped motors respond to mods better as compared to OBDII equipped motors.

The litte Hot Air/Cold Air climate switch is different on the 94-97 than the 98-01's.

the 92-95 GS-Rs are all OBDI. the 96-01 are OBDII. And my old 94 four door GS-R had door tweeters, along with an in-trunk 6 disc cd changer w/ the emblem on it.

 

i gots a 94 gsr and it shoots fluid out the back but not up the front? also got tweeters. and cloth interior with vinyl black dash.

 

ummm yeah....you need the hammer... even CRUSTANGS switched to OBDII in 96, and yes, japanese cars did as well....i believe it has something to do with the emissions laws and that crap, in which case all new cars would have them

2000+ GSR has smaller steering ratio.

 

2001 GS-R's were the only year for GS-R's to come in Satin Silver. And i think also for nighthawk black.

 

Yea and don't forget that the sensors on the manifold are different from OBD 1 and OBD 2. Oh yea and the mirrors are different. The older mirrors dont have a line on them, while the newer ones do. There is also other couple of minor details, like the older GSRs use the big fuses under the dash, while the newer ones use the little fuses.

 

i have a 97 and i have leather, and tweeter also the mirrors have those two lines. the 94 can come with tweeters.
