Default Differences between B20 head and a B18a/b head?

I need to replace the head on my 94 Integra LS. I have found a head from a 91 that I was planning on using, but now I have the chance to get a b20 head. What are the differences? Would I see an hp gain? If I use the head from the 91 I would replace the cams with the ones in my 94, from what I know they are different. Thanks in advance.

use the b18b cams and the b20b head.

i put a b20b head and intake manifold on my b18a1. and the intake ports on the head are way way bigger, as big as a vtec head. and the runners on the b20b intake manifold are big too.
