differences in 96-00 integra models?
Well the third generation ran from 94-01 just in case that's what you're thinking of, and yes, there are many differences.
This article has the majority of changes listed.

Although I have a 96 LS and my side door moldings are paint matched, I believe it was the 94 and 95 that had the black side door moldings.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Only the RS model had unpainted body side moldings. There isn't much of a difference in 96-01 models, they are all OBDII( a or b), but the 98+ has all red tails, different f/r bumpers, different head/corner lights, a smoother valve cover, the hatch opens a little higher, and they have different seat fabric.
94-95 FTW
