94 & 95 are obd1 and 96-2001 are obd2. 94-97 have the same body, i think, 98-2001 have a different body. The wheels between most of the years are different. The suspension and engine have basically been unchanged. Most of the changes are in the body and electronics. IMO 97 was the best year, I think, because the ITR came out, but I like 95 because that is the year of my car

The front headlights are differently shaped they are slanted instead of straight up and down, the tail lights of the 98+ are completely red, no amber. The front bumper has a lip that sorta sticks out a little bit more than the 94-97. The sideskirts could be different, but probably nothing noticable. The most different change between the 98+ and the 97- is the front end, the lights and the bumper cover.

At one point in time, the ACURA logo was changed to the
on the wheels and steering wheels, side impact protection bar in the doors and mid section of the car under the rest seat, mirrors changed slightly, later models had a hatch release lever outside of the car. 94-95s with the OBD1 are supposed to be faster and more responsive to mods. Lighter too.

A '99 GS-R would my favorite if I had to pick any year.
Talking about GS-R's here, with some applicability to other trim levels:
'94 option of factory foglight kit
Paradise Blue Green, Milano Red, Granada Black Pearl, Frost White
'95 gets optional leather seating
Paradise Blue Green, Milano Red, Granada Black Pearl, Frost White
'96 gets OBD-II and vacuum lines are routed differently on the IM
Dark Green color?, Milano Red, Granada Black Pearl, Frost White
'97 gets new mirror housings, intermittent wiper settings,
symbols on center caps and strg wheel air bag, in-dash CD player, change in air intake tube design - placement of resonator, different gauge cluster meter and climate control appearances
Milano Red, Granada Black Pearl, Frost White
'98 gets new front/rear bumpers, headlights, lighter ITR ABS pump intro'd in '97 ITR, trunk latch moved to hatch lid from inside, all-red tail light lenses, different amber front bumper lenses, Raybrig factory foglight option, OEM bodykit option, different GS-R exhaust tip (weld-on instead of screw-on chrome tip), leather standard, and different fuse design (PITA to take out)
Super Sonic Blue Pearl, Nighthawk Black Pearl, Adriatic Blue Pearl (LS/GS only)
'00 gets exhaust/catalytic converter alterations
Ahhh! Forget the color options...it's friggin' 3:30AM.

uhm....'94-97 front seats only have one lever that's used to adjust the back support while the '98-01 front seats have two *****--one adjusting the back support, the other adjusting height.
'00~'01 Integras also come with immobilizers built into the car.
