the auto rads have inlets for ATFuild and the manuals dont. But if you need you can use auto rad in a manaul car
if you do that use the ATFliud inlets to cool Oil on a manual car

probably a little bit more expensive for the AT radiator than the MT rad.
and yes, you can use an AT rad in a MT car, but not the other way around.
