I actually was in a situation one time where a seatbelt wouldn't have saved my life, and I was lucky not to have one on. But then again, that's just one in a million. I still wear it all the time now.

That sucks that you got a ticket for it. I was in the back seat w/ no headrest (91 accord wagon) and rear-ended by a drunk driver doing 45 while we were at a stoplight. Same situation, because if my hips didn't move out, my neck would've snapped.....

hahah like Hightower in Police Academy when Steve Gutenberg was trying to teach him to drive in that tiny Civic CVCC

I once heard that the leaning back thing originated with people in the ghetto fearing getting shot at, or hit by a stray bullet, so they would lean back so that their head was right next to the B-pillar, thereby getting a little extra head protection. Now people just do it cuz they stunnin'

I think most Hondas have Takata seatbelts, 2nd gen CRX's had Recaro seats, the steering wheels in JDM ITR's and CTR's is by Momo, some Integra radiators are by Denso, others by Showa. My Integra's factory speakers were by Pioneer. This list goes on and on of companies that are contracted out to make stuff for Honda vehicles.
