Defeative clutch?
Is there a such thing as a defeative clutch? I have a pretty new ACT clutch that ive used for maybe 10k, sometimes when i depress it at high rpms, it wont release the clutch fo some reason...Would that be a clutch problem or a master cylinder problem? Also when i'm parkin the car, if i switch from R and 1st alot it gets harder and harder....What does that mean?

Put some carboard under your trans. and see if the slave cylinder is leaking. Also check along the firewall behind the dash near the clutch pedal ( master cylinder) for leaks. Then again, you might just be low on clutch fluid.

If the clutch fluid is low, it will feel like there is a ton of free play at the top of the pedal travel. But if it's low, then it's probably leaking somewhere anyway. Mine was leaking from the MC, but I went ahead and replaced both the master and slave, since they both had almost 230K miles on them.
