I just lowered my 1996 Honda Integra (JDM)
I used the following:
1. Apexi World Sport Coilovers
2. Ingalls Camber Kit
3. Replaced the stock bump stops with some teflon ones
4. I went with smaller tyres as well .. from 205/50/15 to 195/50/15
I also had to bend away the lip under the fender to allow the uca to pass.
After driving around for a couple days i reilized that that my UCA was hitting my strut tower, so i opted to raise the car by two turns on the coilover spindles
Alot of persons are against the usage of camber kits but i had no choice as it the new height it had induced over 2 degrees of camber
The pics below are with the bigger tyres; when i get a chance ill take with the smaller tyres

Please post what you think !!!!!

2 degrees negative camber? That's within stock alignment settings for a GSR. Camber doesnt wear tires, yo. Toe does.
Remove the camber kit, and put your stock tires back on. You really shouldnt have any problems with the UCA hitting the strut tower at that height.

When i went to the alignment stand 2 degrees is outside of the stock alignment settings ...but it was aligned and the toe set to zero in the front and added a little in the rear
My car is actually a Honda Integra SIR (JDM Spec) and i used the settings for the Acura Integra GSR ... which should be just about the same.
ill try and take pics of the strut tower .... the paint started to chip in the engine bay at the impact point of the UCA.
PS. I using stock UCA's

UCA...... Upper contoller arms
Bump stops....... They are teflon or polyurethane bushings that are put on the struts that prevent the prevent them from hitting the strut mounts when fully compressed
