Where does the dash wiring ground to? Whats the ground directly behind the cigarette lighter go to? Its a 12mm bolt that bolts to the dash support bars.

 

I think that's just the general dash harness ground. Otherwise it probably grounds through the fuse box. I've had my dash off a couple of times, and the only wires I had to disconnect were the plugs on the fuse panel and that one ground wire.

When I pulled my dash out I saw that wire was cut. Where should I look for that wire?
