I have a 95 gsr with couple of bolt ons=and a 2nd gen Eclipse left me in the dust=what mods do I have to do to keep up with this guy, with ou getting a [turb or super]=That would be a great feeling to beat this guy with out forced indution!!!!!!! yes this car is stock

don't even bother. unless you can get your car stripped down to 2000lbs.

 

what you need = a freakin miracle. You need enough to blow yourself up. period.

maybe strip down to like 2000lbs and have alot of money for all motor, but all he has to do is turn up the boast and all that money u spend is down the drain. FI is whats best when trying to beat FI

 

You need to sell me your gsr bc you obviously dont know how to drive or you have neglected the hell out of your car.

yep trial user for sure....from personal experience i would say those eclipses only really have a good first gear because i took money off a guy in town who thought he was fast cause he had turbo.. so i showed him what the NA teg could do.

try that with a well boosted GSX and watch what happens.

 

ha ill give him a headstart! jk yeah i know its risky but i think i can drive pretty desent and i knew this kid had pretty much no idea how to, so i figured what the hell ya know.

my gs-r is still it's fat 2600lbs. and i walk all over stock 2nd gen. eclipses. if it's not a race car, why bother taking anything out. i still run a/c, p/s, full interior w/ a spare tire, and still pull 13's. of course, i have a little more than just bolt-ons.
