Keep up with the thread about the DA specific forum. You will then be enlightened.

We would like to be able to search for DA, DB, DC. It would make it a lot easier to have all 3 into one forum.

Like I mentioned in the other thread,

I did a search for "DA Integra"

and here's what I found:

I found two threads specifically marked with "DA" so it kinda works...and it kinda doesn't I guess

The only downside on Honda-tech, minus the countless of ******** on here, is the fact that you can't search for 2 letter words. DA would be an example.

And why is my account still restricted? It's been like that for MONTHS.

I still don't understand why EF, EG and EK civics can all have their own forums when they are all "civic's", but when it comes to DAs and DCs which are TOTALLY different other than engines/trannys we are restricted to having our own forums. This is some BS and when a mod answers this question all they are going to say is "there is not enough pros, to make a DA specific forum". Well than why do civics ALL get their own forums ? And with 90% of all the DA owners asking for a DA specific forum they still do not want to take action except for some lame **** poor excuses they call answers.

^What the hell? I thought this thread was about searching for chassis codes on here and how it turns up nothing because it has two characters. WHY would you change the subject when we already have a thread that is 13+ pages about the damn da/dc & db forum split?

This should be locked IMO if this is going to turn into another useless arguement over chassis codes and forum splitting.

Anyways.. I'm sure its not HT's fault that we can't search for chassis codes. They use ZeroForum and I'm assuming that they limit their searches to 3 characters or more.

No, it's a dumbass thread about a guy finding a GSR that has been sitting at his apt. complex for awhile, the seats were stolen I supposed, and I sarcastically said I got dibs on the rims. Even though I'm 190871082102983208390232 miles away from the area, I guess the mod took it seriously and thought I was serious about taking it. Ever since that day I've been restricted.

Becuase it's as if nothing is being done to promote or help us DA owners. So speak for yourself since you own a DC and the current forum supports DC owners moreso than DA owners.

its never going to happen, there isnt that much of a difference. heck team-integra.net is doing fine without splitting their forums for rsx/dc tegs/da tegs/g1's etc.

And the DA is not an integra then? There were multiple finds for the DA as shown in the pic. There were topics that had the years specified. Hell....it seems that the DA owners pushing for a subforum don't realize some of us DC owners have had to go through similar troubles when using the search function to find certain DC specific threads. Maybe we have a plethora of DC threads started up, but honestly.....that's not H-T's fault. And...as A's 94 GSR stated, another forum is doing just fine without seperating their forums? And if they are doing just fine, then....all this complaining about not being able to find DA stuff....hmmmm.......

Yeah but they don't have to deal with the civic, nsx, prelude and all of the other forums ht has.

I'm totally for a DA thread, but I don't think not being able to search the word "DA" is the main reason to make a seperate thread. If that is the only argument you can make, then you are wasting your time.

Use google to search honda-tech.... Hell you can search the letter A if you want.
For example I search google...

DA site:honda-tech.com
42,600 from honda-tech.com for DA. (0.31 seconds)

Or You could be more specific
da integra seats site:honda-tech.com

my suggestion rather than have a da specific forum or a da thread, maybe if we all help, can get a da specific faq. just an idea. less work would be involved, less clean up and so on.

Totally with you on this...

Could save alot of useless threads if there were some DIY's, and other DA Specific answers in one thread.

My point is that if you search for 'DA integra' you are not finding anything DA specific. i.e. when you search DA integra you will get X number of results shown. when you take away 'DA' and just search integra, you will get the same X number of results. GET IT? if not, then theres no hope for you and i wont say anything else.
