ok i got a 91 integra and just recently started knocking pretty bad... they say i have a spun rod bearing.. like i turn it on it idles good and around 2000rpm it starts knocking can anyone help me? and if it is a sun rod you know the steps on how to fix it ..thanx..

 

if you spun a bearing it prolly sounds like theres someone banging a sledgehammer under your hood, you'll at the very least need to have it balanced and polished out. you could probably find another stock crank out or you could even use a different crank for different stroke ratio's. As for the head it's probably ok if it just spun a rod bearing... unless something else came apart....
