Default this is for the DA guys???????????????????????????????

ok so i'm talking to my buddy who owns a da 90-93 integra and he says that he is upgrading his shift linkages to a set out of a dc 94-01 integra gsr! he says that it gives a shorter shift, i think he's smokin some crack with ashy larry! ive done a ton of swaps so i'm a bit informed but he seems to think otherwise! so if anyone can elaborate on this i would appreciate it! thanks!!!!!!

the reason for this is for a more stable feel during the shift. for some reason da's were equipped with a little stabilizer bar compared to the dc, that's probably what they fixed when honda came out with the dc. and it brings the shifter a little closer to the driver especially if he or she has a dual bend shifter.

He should be looking for a CTR Shift Linkage (the gold version). It's thicker than the G3 GSR or DA shift linkage which gives a more "positive" throw (less flex). One of my favorite mods. Fits the DA perfectly.

i heard the only difference from the jdm itr/ctr shift linkage and shifter is just zinc plated so it's lighter.... i say if you're that worried about a few pounds, probably only ounces, just lay off the cheese burgers

I have comparison pictures at home as I have the CTR linkage installed on my DA. I'll post them later. The JDM CTR/ITR linkage is larger in diameter and you can tell the difference in shifting feel. Every shift is a nice positive engagement.

The stabilizer bar is about the same, but look at the difference in size of the change rod. The CTR is way bigger.
