what mileage on your GSR?
without changing the valvetrain
you are in for disaster.
so upgrade as well and you will notice a big difference and be able to rev a little
higher.
your stock valvetrain might not handle the higher lift and give up on you.

upgrading is nice but it will be fine im running itrs on my gsr with stock valve terrain and it pulls like a champ in vtec

i'm runing ctr cams with stock b16 valve train and its runs fine
your dont need to upgrade valve train if u dont rev past stock red line
