Default CTR crank pully on OBD-0 B18A

I have an OBD-0 B18A long block that I'm converting to OBD-1, the question i have is can i use a CTR crank pulley on this motor, if not why not? thanks. The only reason I'm asking is because i have a 95 civic dx that didin't come with power steering and I don't have a/c.
