Crank no start, good spark, good fuel

So to start its a 2000 integra with a b20z swap that has been running fine (lean but fine) for about 2 years since the swap.
i was driving home one night and it cuts off like it choked out so I immediately thought fuel, plus the plugs and plug wires are fairly new.
Tried getting it started that night and it would act like it wanted to fire up then it would just go back to a solid crank. Fuel pump would prime audibly then it stopped after a while of trying.
Started diagnosing by checking the relay, (both the sound and the solder joints) checking fuel pressure which was 0, checking the filter for airflow which was fine, and finally checking voltage at the pump which was good.
So naturally I replaced the pump then I got pressure after the filter (the number i dont know because i returned the kit early)
Tried to start it again and the most i could get was it starting then immediately dying.
Also took out the fuel injectors and made sure they were spraying. Also checked spark and we’re good there.
What am I missing here? Tomorrow im going to check the fuel injectors for a good flow but i have low hopes of that fixing anything. Do i need to start looking into the distributer, igniter coil, etc?
