Default Corner light trouble

okay, I changed out my OEM yellow/clear corner lights for some new all yellow corners on my teg. the large bulb on both sides blinks, and shines great. the smaller bulb doesn't. after I installed the lights the smaller bulb didn't even come on, and this is on both sides. I'm wondering if by me removing the bulb, the bulb was broken or maybe the dirt within the plug was shifted to cause the light to not work anymore. here's some pics:
see one light working.

it's dirty in there....

white buildup?

TIA

scrape off the build up and try it then... it might have a bad connection from all that gunk. i just did that with mine and it worked perfect after that..,..
