conversion harness question...

i got a 2000 gsr and i bought a chipped ecu so i need the obd2 to obd1 harness....would it b ok to use the obd2a-obd1 or do i HAVE to buy they obd2b-obd1 harness??

you have to buy an obd2b to obd1 adapter
