Comtech cold air box

Comtech cold air box
I have a 96 LS and I installed a Comptech cold air box and a OEM Type R intake arm (Stock LS arm had a crack in it) and when i am on the gas i hear a whistle sound. Does anyone have a idea what this is?

ok i just tried a stock LS arm from my friends Mom's car 
and the noise went away. thinking its either the valve cover breather pipe going into the intake are or ite the inlet that the filter goes onto. hmm..........
