does the 4-2-1 comptech pass smog?... just wanted to make sure before i get one for my car... anyone who lives in cali will know what i'm dealing with (strict smogs)

Also a friend is selling a Apex-i dunk full cat back exhaust... never really heard any feed backs about that one so i'd like to hear from you guys about it
