i just recently got a comptech front lip. i was wondering if the screws and double sided tape they provide will make the lip secure and hold on the bumper. also, could i use bolts like the oem lips do instead of screws to make it hold? did a search but couldnt find an answer. thanks in advance.

 

I've had mine on for more than a year now with no problems. I only put on two screws on each end.

I have had mine on for over a year now too, with just the double sided tape holding it on, and I have bumped into curbs with it, hard enough so that the paint has come off but the lip has stayed planted! I think the tape and screws will be plenty strong
