Compression test
I just have a couple questions on what fuses/connectors i need to pull for a compression test. Should I just pull the 15amp fuse under the hood for the fuel pump relay? What about the ingition coil?
Well that's what I thought but i had heard from some members as well as my auto teacher that you should also pull a fuse for the ignition so that you don't burn up the coil. Without anywhere for the electricity to ground out it will overheat your coil.
I don't know about overheating, but the spark has to go somewhere. Without plugs to provide a ground path, the high voltage could break down through the coil to ground. Not a good situation.
Pull the fuse to be safe. Can't hurt.

Which one should I pull? The 50 amp under hood fuse? Or will that not even allow me to crank the car? If not that one then which. Thanks for the help.
