Compression test

According to c-speedracing.com when doing a compression test on your engine, you should see +/- 20psi accross all four cylinder. So I decided to do a compression test on my GSR, and the results I got were a bit different from what I expected...
#1 - 217psi
#2 - 230psi
#3 - 230psi
#4 - 240psi
(give or take 2 psi)
Now I realize im at just over +/- 20psi accross the board here, is this right?
Any opinions? or suggestions?
btw... its a 97 b18c1, bone stock (according to the previous owner anyways)

cyl 1 looks a little off from the rest of em . . When you pressure tested did each cylinder shoot up to like 80 or 75 on 1st crank and jsut kept getin higher after every crank ? if so i wouldnt worry about it
