compression??????????????????????
hello!
i want to know how much the compression needed to be in the cilinder head with pistons 9:1 (b18c)
because i have 160 in all the cilinders ... i want to know if this is good comp... becuase my car was boil yesterday...

If they're all about the same, that's good. The actual number is less important, unless you have measured it WITH THE SAME GAUGE in the past. Temperature, rpm of the starter motor, throttle position, and especially the volume of the gauge itself all make a difference.
But I thought B18C has higher than 9:1, so ???
Boiling over isn't always overheating. Was the temperature guage high? If the radiator cap is bad it can leak at normal temperatures.
Anyway, if you're overheating, you need to look at other things. Radiator plugged with crud? Stuck thermostat?

every thing it's good the termostat the fan work great.... i work with 20 psi of boost at last saterday iwas illigal race with vw gplf vr-6 2800cc turbo and my temperature guage jump to the red line and my car was overheathing...
then my car work only in 2 cilcinders then i go to my garage and 2 plugs was eaten in the low place... (in the electrode) then i replace plugs and everything works good ... then i go to check drive with the car and the car isn't the same... the torque was not the same... the car was heavy....
what do you all thing is the ring is stick to the piston?
p.s.
when i push the gas pedal and leave it quickly thre is wave of wite smoke from the exhaust .....
