what should my compression be in each cylinder. estimate

what kind of engine??hmm i say 190 . but i wouldnt know cuz i dunno what kind of engine and yr you have.

what about a 1997 gsr w/ 115k miles? anyone suggest what compression should be around?

Standard- 270 psi
Minimum- 135 psi
Max Variable Between Cyl.- 28 psi

well im not sure about 270 but i think im around 175- 177

on average a healthy b18c will be anywhere from 230-250..below 200 and you have issues

would 210 be considered healthy? just got mine done today and it was 205-210.

first i did it with the other 3 plugs in and it came out 120psi (scared me). figured out that i had to take out all the plugs and retested and got 205-210 on all cylinders.

are you suppose to step on the gas while doing it? i only held the clutch in and cranked it like 5 times.

Yes, gas down all the way.

And I believe 250 is pretty healthy.
