tGonna get it done on my cylinders

How much will it cost me roughly>

and would a place like Tuffy or another local mechanic shop be able to do this

Any reputable mechanic can do a compression test, normally shops charge a flat diagnostic fee. And the price would completely depend on your area.

you can get a tester for 30$ at checker, schucks, auto zone. and do it your self for free

Or you can buy one and do it for the rest of your life for free after that

Theyll be cheaper than what the mechanic will charge you to do it, I bet. And its very very very simple.

x4 go buy one, they're cheap and it literally takes a few minutes to do the test.
