i know there are alot of post here about CEL code 45 , but i havent yet received the information i need exactly.

my set up currently is
stock ls b18b 99
drag3 turbo kit
12:1 fmu
missing link
255 pump

my car is has somewhat of a lumpy idle...but id say 90% its fine
but it will bog everynow and then down low when driven under daily conditions.

will code 45 cause my car to bogg down low under normal throttle?
or is it something else?

and since i am throwing code 45 is it most likely cuz of that fmu and the car running rich under boost to throwit?
