code 43 is driving me crazy ..... please help!!!!!!!!!

code 43 is driving me crazy ..... please help!!!!!!!!!
when im trying to stay at a steady throttle is studersuntil i give it gas. i checked my ECU and i kicked out code 43. what the hell is that? fuel supply code right? if you can help please!!!! the b18a1 is in my 88 crx. thank you for your help if youcan help me.
